Steve has guided the organization from its inception to five consecutive years of profitability and growth. He has had a successful 20-year career in the software industry, holding senior management positions and leading the Change Management business unit at Quest Software prior to founding STEALTHbits. Steve was also instrumental in the success and growth of Quest Software; an organization of less than 100 employees when he began.

Kevin Foisy: Chief Software Architect
Kevin Foisy is the Chief Software Architect and Co-Founder of STEALTHbits Technologies. Kevin’s 24-year career in the software industry has produced over half a dozen successful management solutions within the Microsoft space; many of which are still available on the market today. Kevin’s vision has driven the organization and the direction of the product since its inception, making StealthAUDIT a favorite among Fortune 500’s and organizations of nearly any size.

Kurt Cieszko: VP, Global Sales and Operations
Kurt Cieszko is the Vice President of Global Sales and Operations for STEALTHbits Technologies. Kurt has had a successful career in the software industry as VP of Sales for the Northeast for Quest Software and a Director of Worldwide Sales for TeaLeaf Technology. Kurt joined the STEALTHbits Team in January, 2007 and is responsible for driving the company’s revenue through management of the entire sales force, training, and sales initiatives.

David Gordon is the Vice President of Business Development for STEALTHbits Technologies. David is a veteran sales leader with experience in enterprise software, data storage, Microsoft eco-system, and software as a service. David is responsible for the company’s worldwide go-to market strategy with Technology Partners, VARS, Federal Government, OEM, and analyst relationships.

Phil Burgard: Chief Technology Officer
Phil Burgard is the Chief Technology Officer for STEALTHbits Technologies. Phil joined the organization in January 2006 following a 30-year career in the software industry with organizations including IBM, Novadigm, and Hewlett-Packard. Phil oversees product direction and development with focus on StealthAUDIT’s Compliance and Security offerings. Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management Sciences from the University of Iowa.

Chris Olsen: VP, Product Management
Chris began his career while pursuing his BS in Accounting at West Chester University. Graduating in 1994, Chris remained at West Chester as the Manager of Information Systems responsible for campus wide networking services. Untiring, Chris founded his own company called Virtual Knights, which provided web application services. In 1998, Chris joined Merck and worked his way to the Electronic Messaging Architect where he was responsible for the global Exchange environment. While at Merck, Chris returned to school to get his Masters Degree in Information Science, specializing in database and security concepts. In 2003, he moved into the Information Security team to design, implement, and manage security applications and processes for Incident Response and Investigation services. Chris brought this rich set of experiences with him to STEALTHbits in 2007 and has been expanding product solutions with tremendous real world value.

Jill Twomey: Director of Finance
Jill Twomey is the Director of Finance for STEALTHbits Technologies and has 18 years of experience in accounting positions. Prior to joining STEALTHbits in September 2005, Jill was the Controller for both PGI, Inc. and Arcadian Healthcare, Inc. in New Jersey. Jill is responsible for all accounting related matters in the organization. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.

Adam Laub: VP, Marketing & Technical Operations
Adam Laub is the Vice President of Marketing and Technical Operations for STEALTHbits Technologies. Adam has held multiple positions since joining the organization in 2005, including Sales and Operational Management roles. His responsibilities and areas of oversight include Resource and Project Management, Marketing Strategy and Implementation, and Product Management. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Susquehanna University, Selinsgrove, PA.

Brett Fernicola: Director, Research & Development
As the Director of Research & Development for STEALTHbits Technologies, Brett is responsible for the technical requirements and design of all StealthAUDIT product lines. Prior to this role, Brett served as a Systems Engineer for the company, leveraging his expertise in Pen Testing, Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Operating System architecture to satisfy a wide range of customer requirements and drive sales for the organization. Brett started his career as an independent consultant and later founded his own company named Next Gen Results, LLC. Fernicola holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology Network Applications from the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT).
